Today's card was inspired by two of my favorite challenges ~ Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge 42 and Karen's Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 80. I was also inspired by a fellow blogger friend Chat ~ Me My Stamps and I ~aka Nitestamper who had originally cased my card ~ I'm here for You! Here is Chat's card. I LOVED the colors that Chat used to re-create my card and they just so happened to be very similar to this week's colors Stacey chose for her Color Challenge!

Ruff Day?

Hello Everyone, hope your not having a 'Ruff Day'. Today's post is a little later than normal but I wanted to participate in Stacey's Curtain Call Challenge this week and just couldn't get my card done until tonight! Do you remember this little guy? I have been thinking about this stamp set ever since I saw this week's color challenge. I think he is just too cute and needed some lovin', so I pulled him out and inked him up!

My card for today was made for Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge 39. When I saw these colors I thought of nature, outdoors, woods. I knew I just had to use my new two-step owl punch for this challenge. Aren't these little owls just the cutest? And they were fun to make too!

A Happy Heart ~ Curtain Call 36

Well after the bad weather we had last week here in Minnesota, it has turned around and we have been enjoying BEAUTIFUL weather the last two days. In fact it has been so nice, I really had a hard time staying in and stamping, but last night I sat down and created this card for this week's Curtain Call Color Challenge #36. I have been admiring these cute little images by Pure Innocence for sometime now, I finally gave in and bought some for myself!! I think they are just toooo cute!!

SWEET SUNDAY PINK PASSION DAISY



Two Challenges Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge 61 & Curtain Call Color Challenge Act 22 into one!

Not sure I really like this card, it turned out a little brighter than I was planning! You know when you invision something in your head and it doesn't come out the way you were thinking? Well this is what happened in this case!
I don't think you can tell by the picture but I embossed each of the flower petals on Pink Passion cardstock using Pink Passion craft ink and clear embossing powder.
