Well off to a 10 mile family bike trip with my family and some of my brothers and their families. Hopefully I have enough energy to finish the trip!

OCC Mother's Day Challenge

Hello everyone and welcome to Saturday and another challenge from the OCC Design Team! Today is the first day of May and our hostess for this month over at Our Creative Corner is Loretta Lock from Love to Create . Loretta's Challenge for us this week is to make a Mother's Day card with no Flowers! Hmmmmm ..... here is what I came up with, what about you?

Thanks for Stopping by!!

Stamps: No stamps used on this card

Paper: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron, Whisper White, Regal Rose DSP, Love Sparkles Simply Scrappin'

Ink: Regal Rose

Accessories: Hodge Podge Hardware, Buttons, Linen Thread, Pretty in Pink Satin Ribbon, 'Flirty' Ribbon Originals, Nestibilites

Edit to post: I was asked about the hearts on this card, if they were a die or not. They are actually stickers from a Simply Scrappin' Scrapbook kit by Stamping Up!~ The Name of the kit is called 'Love Sparkles'. I placed each heart sticker onto a piece of whisper white cardstock and cut around each one of them as I did not want them to be 'sticky' on the back.
