Hello everyone and welcome to 'My Little Stampin' Spot! This week our hostess Sarah Gough ~ Thinking Stamps, over at 'Our Creative Corner' is challenging us to add color and depth to our dry embossing using ink and a sponge or brayer, paint, or by inking the embossing folder directly before running through your die cutting machine.
I wanted to create a interesting package for a gift card for my Neice for Christmas. I had ordered a few of these metal DVD cases a while back (like 2 years ago!) and came across them and thought they would be perfect for my packaging idea. I love how it turned out, and now plan to decorate a few more and use them for a stationary/card gift set.
Everyone is welcome to play along at anytime. If you upload to SCS use the keyword OCCC. I can't wait to see what you create! Don't forget to hop on over to see what the rest of the design team has created for us this week!
Thanks for Stopping By!

Diane, this is just beautiful! All the elements are used in great taste. It has a very vintage feel and that one blue snowflake seems to tie it all together! Lovely!
