Pick a Petal Ladybug

I have been asked to make samples for my Upline's 2nd annual Stamping & Scrapbooking Extravganza - Open House on August 18th. Well of course I chose Pick a Petal as the set I wanted to make samples of, and if I have time I am going to make samples using the Garden whimsy set.

I need to make 6 cards from each set along with a 6x6 scrapbook page that can be added to a 8 1/2 page which in turn can be added to a 12x12 page (does that make sense?).

This is one of the samples that I made using the Pick a Petal set. It's hard to see but on the bugs antenna's I cut a stripe of basic black cs very thin and about 2" long, folded it in half and attached to the back side of the bug, I then took my stylus and rolled the ends back.

Supplies Used: Stamps~ Pick a Petal, Stem Sayings,Rough Texture jumbo wheel.

Paper~ Certainly Celery,Cutie Pie DP, Whisper White, Apricot Appeal, Basic Black, Rose Red, Bliss Blue.

Ink~ Basic Black, Rose Red, Certainly Celery ink cartridge.

Accessories~ Black Brads, 1" circle punch, Three for You punch.
